I've played Spiral Knights for a total of 480 hours so far (according to Steam) and I just want to say how surprised and happy I am with the team. The reason is because of my experiences:
-Dauntless Delver Incident-
It really made me depressed that I didn't get that achievement. I was told to submit a ticket and I did. And I got a response. All I was asked was to provide a screenshot...and, the best and easiest way I could, was to screenshot via steam and give the url. The admin did something and my achievement was given. To that admin, I thank you!
-Spiral Knights Wiki Registration-
I know my problem wasn't fixed. I couldn't use emails to validate my user for the wiki, so in the end I was stumped. Well probation ends in another month so I'll be able to use emails again (hurrah!). What made me happy though was one of the admins came and responded to my topic about the incident saying he/she couldn't do anything. Although it sucked that they couldn't do anything, It touched me that an admin found my thread in an sort-of inactive forum and responded. http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/46854
To my total 2 experiences, I was happy at least to get a response. For a F2P game with purchasable content, I am happy with the service and stuff that the Spiral Knight Team has provided. Most F2P games I come across in the pass...their serviced sucked, some of the team was unfriendly, so this is why I'm shocked and happy.
TL;DR SK Team, you're awesome. Keep doing what you're doing.
Cause they care <3
