When I was starting out as a sprout here in Spiral Knights, I thought that the Mist Energy Bar could hold more than just 100 m.e. Since I found out that energy was needed to play Spiral Knights' Chasms and Missions, me and my sister's energy is limited to 50 m.e. So that was a let down when my parents implemented that rule. So we shared. Then I proposed a plan to my sister a contract, stating that I, for example, use 100 mist one day. she uses the 100 next day. She wouldn't agree. I thought of a back-up plan. THE EXTRA MIST ENERGY STORAGE. It would cost 25 energy or how much 25 energy costs in crowns or real currency and contains a 0 crystal energy. It would look like the energy meter. So comes its function. When we purchase energy(with money, or crowns) 10% of that energy is saved to that meter and like a piggy bank. I hope any knight would like this idea.

Abuses, abuses, abueses...
Abuses, abuses, abueses... the more mist you can store the more profit you get from alt accounts farming for free energy.
Also, if you dont want to have shared mist, you and your sister should make separate ACCOUNT (not separate knights on same account) and then one of the accounts should buy some amount of CE. After that both accounts would have separate mist tanks.
Just so you know, you don't exclusively have to use Mist Energy to use elevators in Spiral Knights, you can use Crystal Energy too; just that it's more convenient since it's renewable.
Anyways, on to your idea - and correct me if what I perceive it as is wrong: for a one-time payment of 25 (why 25? Seems way too cheap), every package of energy you buy, be it from trading or buying, 10% is deducted (or duplicated?) into a separate energy 'storage' for Elevators, crafting... whatever.
If this is what you're proposing... then it's in no way going to be considered. The developers get the same effect by giving deals on energy prices every once in a while (which coincidentally drives the trading prices down), so at best this idea is redundant.
May I suggest making your sister a separate login account, so you don't have to continually share your energy?
