Today I noticed this . I asked guild members if they noticed it too, and they say they didnt, so it's possible i am the only one seeing this. If I AM the only one seeing this, is there anything I can do about it?

His shield is displaced heavily to the left.
It's a video driver/graphic error. If messing with your game settings doesn't fix it, reinstall. If that doesn't fix it, your video drivers are laughing at you and you need to hit them.
Do you mean the clipping? You'll find that everywhere.
