I can tell that, if you want a profile picture for the forums, you're going to be posting. Please refrain from all caps or you won't get much sincerity. Also, using actual words and not "plz" can go a long way. Well thought posts can help a new knight gain respect among those who roam the forums.
Note: It's as what was commented before, you go to forum preferences and the rest should be pretty straightforward. That thread should help :)
