I was thinking of which bomb set should I use?
Volcanic is good for FSC.
Ugg, Bombastic with freeze and add two elite bomb focus trinkets to cover up the missing CTR.
Mad Bomber( I am reliant on shields and can dodge good) with CTR and DMG bonus.
I use other bombs than mist like RSS, Spike SHower and Blast Bombs(I need to upgrade it to Super/master).
Edit:I also don't really have the time for trinkets....
Full volc for fsc if all you do is haze/vortex. If you're going for some dps, ndog's build works very nicely.
Personally, I go full mad, Elite boom trinket, and a heart pendant. Probably not the best, but I do bomb in other places.
This is the one I use, Mercurial Demo suit, Mad Bomber mask, dmg trink and CTR trink, you get max CTR and 5/6 (ultra) damage, but the looks of prismatic lightning and a prismatic mohawk is worth trading low dmg for low movement speed
After looking around I found this to be a very effective bombing set.

2 Elite boom Modules
Gives CTR and Damage MAX to any fully heated bomb. And the volcanic cancels mad bombers negative Fire resist with some to spare.
As for what bombs, I find RSS, Electron Vortex, DBB, Voltaic Tempest, Shiver, AoA, and Venom Veiler are all solid choices. If you have the DLC Dark Retribution is awesome even despite the nerf. I personally don't like the Nitronome. I always find it a hassle to teammates and if placed wrong can harm yourself.
