I'm aware of the format/resolution issiues. My Pinacle 14 has decided it no longer wants to export into mp4s; I'm probably going to have to upgrade to v15 to get it fixed. Spent all night last night trying to fix the problem but it refuses to export into anything other than AVI files right now.
I was working on an LP too. But I haven't put it up yet. My channel. :p
My advice would be to play in a widescreen format to fill the Youtube screen. You could do this by going into a windowed mode and selecting an appropriate resolution in SK. I'm assuming that your using Fraps to record? Also, if possible raise the video quality, its, very grainy.
