Put my SK account on my Steam account?

Like i had a SK account before it was for steam but i wanna log into it through steam now...

Simple

Launch Spiral Knights through Steam, it should automaticaly log you into a steam account. Click log out, and there will be a little box with an "X" in it that says, "Use Steam Account". Click that, log in with your other account, and it will ask you if you want to fuse your account with steam, Which will put your knights, their inventory, and all your energy into your steam account.
