So I was trying to figure out the best way to optimize and balance out your offensive stats (ASI, CTR, DMG) and retain good defense with each class. Here's what I came up with:

Swordsmen: Vog Cub Set + Barbarous Thorn Shield + Elite Slash Module, Elite Sword Focus Module. ASI very high, CTR very high, DMG very high; elemental and fire defense.

Bombers: Mad Bomber Set + Elite Boom Module, Penta-Heart Pendant. CTR maximum, DMG maximum; risky status weaknesses but you get a hearty 6 HP bonus to compensate.

Gunners: Sorry if I sound stupid but so far I haven't really been able to find anything, please help?

Perfect Mask of Seerus
Shadowsun Slicker
Swiftstrike Buckler
Elite Handgun Focus Module
Elite Trueshot Module

Handgun Charge Time Reduction: Medium + Medium = Very High
Handgun Attack Speed Increased: Low + High = Very High
Handgun Damage Bonus: Medium + Medium = Very High

Defence: Normal + some Elemental + some Shadow
Resistance: Fire + Shock (two most important resistances)
Vulnerability: Freeze (not most dangerous status)

Additional bonus: Perfect Mask of Seerus and Shadowsun Slicker share similar colour theme so they look great together ;-D

Perfect Mask of Seerus has poison vulnerability so, combined with Shadowsun Slicker, it makes you, more or less, neutral to poison I guess.

This. Perfect Mask of Seerus +Shadowsun Slicker + DMG Trinkets are the perfect combo for alchelmers and Blitz.

Also im not sure about Swift Strike, I always looked that shield like a noob trap =/.

Your guns will also have CTR Med when topped off, so the CTR Module's slot can be used by CTR/ASI/DB to max any of them.

PM of S is what looks like a noobtrap imHHo. how much time u spend charging -vs- just shooting your weapon(asi) and applying damage(+dam)(by default even)? ... especially in a party where waiting for a charge often leaves no things to be shot even -_-.

with the prime req's to hardcap +asi & +dmg so close to attainable by gearing now compounded by the fact that +CTR is weapon dependent in value, to a flaw even, I will not even entertain the idea of investing in it.

TLDR; This is why certain guns with med or better ctr outsell every other varient.

It's not that charging is

It's not that charging is super awesome for al guns. It's having as much abilities as you can without uv's.

Take your example of med ctr uv weapon. Stack that on the seerus build, I'm pretty sure you'll get max ctr. Along with the damage and asi.

Well now, esp after the shadowsun buff, is what I am saying is that overall asi and +flat dmg bonuses ( which cannot come as a UV on weaps, often making them overkill or miss-matched) both hold more (+ev haha lol) value to me over losing one of either, to be furthermore pigeonholed into 2 ranks of CTR.

Then again as a f2p player if I was really desperate to max CTR for guns it matters on which are mostly more dependent on RnG ricochet or fall in the catagory of will and will not one shotty something... I would just throw in the elite focus module rather then spending 350K on a mediocre sidegrade helmet that deprives me of low asi even.

All Im trying to say is asi and +dmg have value on ALL guns to one degree or another, while there are a good few guns in the game where the charge never gets used what so ever.

It makes more sense to build a base loadout out of capping dmg (across the board) and asi, then investing in ctr as a UV on thoes special weapons we all love it on rather than crafting a 5* sidegrade that will only serve to be switched in and out as a crutch to having the trifecta of +6+6+6 on all weapons the stats are relavent to.

OP is not asking for "best" set, because "best" is obviously situational and depends on your weapons and other factors. That's why I've posted set with highest possible, yet balanced, all three offensive stats, as OP required. I was not considering if given stat is more useful with certain handgun (or handguns generally).

Also, basing on OP's examples, we shall ignore bonuses on levelled up weapons and UV.

The CTR vs ASI is heavy about your weapon setup.

Trust me if you are a fan of Alchemers and Blitz, you are going to want the CTR ( Say Hi to Sauurus mask)

Now if you use Polaris, Biohazard and Callhalan? ASI is alot better.
