But I want to say, for anyone reading this who doesn't scroll down to the end, that it was an honest mistake and that Drkxpenpen's reaction to my complaint was beyond exemplary, and I take back anything uncomplimentary that my posts here may have implied.]
How can you know what time their bid came in? Could have been ten minutes before--in which case I should have had the opportunity to outbid, but I *didn't get that opportunity*, because only you had access to the bid. Or it could have come after, by 1-4 minutes. Who's to say?
I was refreshing this up to the very last second. Why does this guy get to win just because he happened to mail you in-game?
What's done is done, but I don't like this at all.

I traded a Gunslinger Cap Fire Max for a Sunset Stetson Normal Max when I was a trading noob. It seemed like a good idea at the time. . . . Oh, Munya. :P
I was fortunate (?) in that aside from that one goof-up, from which I learned aaaaa looooot about not making panic sales, I started trading really, really small. Remember one time we were both bidding for a CTR H vap? Yeah, that was all the CE I had right there.
Anyway, it's all good. I'm sorry it couldn't have worked out better for both of us (I'd have bid up to a more decent price, had I known I'd been outbid), but I've no quarrel with you at all. Apologies; I can be. . . abrasive.
