i just got a troika asi low with my fallen set + swiftstrike= asi max.
the swings are the same D:,the "reload" after the second swing/charge are redused thats but attack animation is still painfully slow.
one could think that is intended but then why seales sword lines do become faster overall, is this a bug? any one wants to help to test or something?
Asi doesn't reduce the speed of the swing, only the time between swings and the recovery.
Sealed swords supposedly have a shorter recovery from swings compared to troika line, so the asi would decrease that further.
