I'm thinking I should get Ash of Agni and the Gigawatt Pulsar. Good choice or no?
I need advice on a gun and bomb.

Polaris isn't REALLY a gun, perse
Think of it as a bomb-shooter that happens to receive gun-specific bonuses
IMO, it's more of a sidearm, so if you're going full gunner and want DPS, don't bother, get an alchemer or antigua instead.
It's still very useful as a turret-smasher, considering every expanded shot interrupts though.
Like I said, solid choice, though not really a gun you want for DPS purposes.

Depends on what you want to use them for. Are you asking for a gun/bomb loadout, or are you asking what kind of gun and bomb you should get for other uses?

also depends on your other weapons
How many weapon slots do you use? What are your other weapons? The answer matters. For example, if you propose to play with Divine Avenger, Ash of Agni, and Polaris, I'd say you're crazy --- you need something other than elemental (and fire) damage. Propose a complete loadout, for the best advice.

I racked my brain, and the only place that loadout is bad in, is an ashtail den. And perhaps a fire themed wild path.
Excluding danger rooms.

Demonicsothe, isn't a pure-elemental loadout bad in any place filled with gremlins or beasts? Any wolver den, any deconstruction zone, etc.?
Just to clarify: I'm not saying that it's impossible to do such areas. And I do love Ash of Agni. But you'll be doing some tasks more slowly than you have to, right?

And it'll take forever for gremlins, especially decon. In fact, I don't even know if you can outdps a mender with ash xD
Ash of Agni is an amazing bomb anywhere that isn't fire themed.
Spam em and watch everything BUUUUUUUUURN
Gigawatt Pulsar is a solid choice, though you shouldn't stop at Gigawatt and go on to Polaris
