I have a lvl 8 gigawatt pulsar with VH construct on it that I made back when munitions factory first came out. I've started playing the game again recently and am trying to make a quick buck. Willing to sell for unbind cost + whatever you feel is fair (enough).

It's a perfectly good UV, albeit not very highly valued.
BTW, heat level no longer matters when trading, since unbinding resets it to zero.
If you really do end up driven to vendoring it, I'd take it off your hands for marginally more than vendor value + unbind, but I'd rather give that opportunity to someone who wants it more.
