I believe there should be a presentation board, simply for players that are new and such to present themselves and get more acquainted with various SK players, it would give some better sense of community and could help lower the amount of trolling on here; i know that when i came here, i noticed that everyone knew each other and i was the little noob trying to squeeze a spot lol.

Nice to meet you frosty hawk its a good idea and all but that also sort of a thing that you could do in the new recruit.. I remeber when I started this game just before it came out on steam like a year or so ago.. people used the new recruits for just what your asking for sooo post there. It basically says New recruits your new and a recruit.. go say hello to the world, there.
Not trying to be meen its just I rember that that was what it is used for and somtimes advice but I saw it more as a get together place.
The amount of trolling here is close to nothing, actually, I've seen much worse cases... Anyways, welcome to the forums, if you want to be known around here, just make sure to post a lot or make nice suggestions. Be honest, polite and use your best english.

Completly pointless.
i've seen a-lot of trolling in less than an hour, maybe I'm wrong, for me the come and say hi forum section; while pointless still would give a definite place for introductions, as vanillateddy has pointed out, i could of done it in the recruits section and filly intend to.
I was just making a suggestion i thought was good :D

Couldn't you just post something like a "Hi, I'm Frostyhawk" topic in the General Discussion area and try to get to know people there? I've been on the forums for about a month and I feel like I've gotten to know people just by posting a lot and responding to them here in the Suggestions forum (I hardly visit other sections). Maybe I'm just not understanding what you're trying to suggest here, or maybe I'm overestimating the forum community's willingness to meet/accept new people...
