The knight was found again near a stove in the middle of the night, a sleepy female knight entered the room and she wondered about his current action, he states that he's boiling a sweet dessert with a delicious flavor while stirring a gooey mixture in the pan with a spoon; she wonders why on Cradle he's doing this at this time of the night and he replied that he lost the dominance of his existence. Then they proceeded to go upstairs where an injured and spoiled knight was watching some old tapes made for entertainment, the knight presented the mixture to the injured knight who looked at it and denied it since he no longer had appetite. Our knight, frustrated after all this odyssey he had to go through, proceeded to stare at the blank space, questioning the meaning of his life before, from deep within himself, released his outcry that could be heard in all Haven.

It was a struggle to extract the new recruits from the clutches of the phantoms and masses of zombies, but Valk won out and the three of them were soon standing safely within the confines of the end level elevator.

Now for some real tension...

As they ascended towards Haven the elevator suddenly shuddered and stopped, they contacted Spiral HQ who informed them it would be 3 hours before they could get someone to repair the lift, each of the knights looked around awkwardly, waiting for the other to speak first...

P.S. Has this ever happened to you in real life?

They've got trouble

Trying to see through the pitch black surrounding their lift, our Knights curled up in panic, waiting for reinforcements to come... They herd noises coming from down below. Afraid to even move, some of them began to sob in fear, while the only one calm enough was Valk; holding his Antigua tightly, with sweaty hands. Suddenly a mob of Gremlins jumped onto the lift, and captured everyone, but some recruit, who managed to jump down onto a level below. The last thing he saw before passing out were his friends dragged into cages, by a bunch of those snarling beasts.

(I got stuck in an elevator once. Good thing there were no Gremlins around. :P)
