Neo was complaining earlier that guns are now more under powered then they used to be.

Guns aren't under powered

I always thought that gun did rather a lot of damage for being a small projectile.

However I think they gave them higher damage to compensate for giving them shorter range than you would expect a gun to have.

Need high asi/med damage on

Need high asi/med damage on the armour. Or vice versa.

Then they need a ctr shield, with plate size defences.

If gunners and bombers get a gun-and/or-bomb specific CTR shield, it think gunners at least would be pretty close to equal in PvE at least.

Curious about what Blueflood thinks..
because well i was thinking of making a loadout and become a gunner because it looks like soo much fun and takes more skill than mashing the attack button. But now im not sure :/

You guys gota recognize a joke thread when ya see one. I honestly didn't think gunners needed a buff to begin with, just that the flourish/btb needed adjustment on latency for LD... since they have none.
In clockworks they were fine.
Don't get me wrong, I'll take what I can get :)

On a side note has anyone ever mentioned this?

The game is played in perspective view,
Gun requires the mouse cursor to aim, by lining it up with the target

Sometimes when the cursor is lined up on screen(on the viewport) the cursor is not actually lined up(in global space)
Thus its not hard to miss the target completely. especially so when the target is left or right of the player.

I believe this is called parallax error.
I am somewhat annoyed by this but have so far not been able to come up with any possible solution to it.

Also, RE: Guns and aim, we have a BAB gun. It's called the Polaris.

@Evning That's only because

the knight follows the cursor at head level.
And we aim at the monsters' feet, which means it's a few degrees off.

The correct way is always the head or a bit higher. (Although the knight should actually be aiming at whever the cursor is at floor level, which is more correct.)

This has nothing to do with the obscured lower half of the screen.
