So I happened upon this earlier and I though I would give it a share.

It's only got one level and the physics aren't anything like Sonic, but the art is pretty good and it's still better than Sonic 4.
Also, it's Sonic 2, if you haven't figured it out by now.

Apparently there's some error people get when they download this game, it detects it as a trojan or something. But according to the guy that programmed it he just obfuscated his code because he didn't want people to steal it. So yeah it's not a virus. Or if it is at least you get to play Sonic 2 as well.

Personally I think not going the open-source route with this was a huge mistake, considering how many people actually like Sonic 2 and would like to contribute.

But you know, Sonic fans, etc.

If you go through the game and then press S+Enter at the title screen you can play as Tails. It's just a sprite swap since Tails can't fly or anything, but it's something.
