I just made a Leviathan blade after having an ascended calibur sitting in my arsenal at level 10 for months, and then proceeded to take it to FSC for heat. I couldn't help but notice that, even against gun puppies, it doesn't seem to do the 3-hit spin in the charge anymore.

Was the 3-hit thing a bug in the first place that got fixed, or is it a bug now that's stopping it from maximum damage output? Right now it's doing about 50 more damage per charged hit than my WHB is doing per hit during the regular combo.

Calibur line charge does hit

Calibur line charge does hit 3 times. I believe it is a swipe>spin>spin. So you have to face the enemy you are attacking.

If that still doesn't work, it's a bug.

I noticed something similar

I noticed something similar in hitting turrets a long time ago when I used to use my Levi. If you're in their face, toggle Auto-Aim to be ON right before you release it. If the attack isn't properly centered, it'll sometimes only land 2 hits, hence the Auto-Aim :P

If this still doesn't work, it might be a bug. I haven't used my Levi in ages, so I wouldn't know if an update stealth-broke it :/

Kinda still works

After realising that i hold down left ctrl (my keg to toggle auto-aim) out of habit whenever i do a charge attack, I tried not pressing it and it SOMETIMES hits 3 times now.

P.S. WHB is still better for Vana's mask

P.P.S. DVS is still better than WHB for Vana's mask because it has poison instead of an irrelevant beast bonus.
