screen problem

In my house we have two computers . On mine computer spiral knights is ok ,but on the other computer stuck ,screen becomes like windows 98 and zooms and a warning message appears : screen program igxpr32 failed please restart your computer . Both computers have windows XP and mine is a little bit older than the other. Please help!

What graphic card is your computer on? We'll need to know what you're running on so we can direct you to the right driver. There's no one magic .exe for all cards.

Go start > run...
type dxdiag and click OK
Go to the display tab and type the device name here.

(go ahead and click "save all" to save a txt file somewhere after that, just in case anyone here asks for it)

I can't find were to type the device name can you make a video or take a photo ? (remember it's windows XP not 7)

Ahh dang

On windows 7 here... let me see if google has any pictures of XP side...

It should look something like this. If not, cycle through the tabs for the name of your graphic card.
