So up to today I've had yet to have a problem with SK except for the occasional lag spike. Earlier I was doing a mission and part of it had an arena. Everything was going good until the second room, where after killing everything (or so I thought). Turning victoriously north the gate didn't open. Hmm, I thought. So I filed a bug report and a support thingy and within a minute Atalanta showed up. Said hi, asked what was going on, and then saw that there was a gremlin mender hiding in the bottom corner. She kindly shield bumped the mender about halfway up the screen until I could take care of it (with a proto shield? Hmm.) I said thank you and we both went on our merry ways. I was really happy with the help and speed of the reply.

And then I got to the third room of the arena. Stepped on the button and no monsters appeared :( so I filed some more reports and in even less time than before Atalanta turned up and proceeded to make enemies appear and kick ass with a faust and banstick (royal jelly shield this time). After a nice chat i finished the mission.

Yet again the speed and efficiency handled by the OOO staff was amazing compared to most customer support that I have encountered. Plus meeting a GM was the coolest thing ever.

I've yet to encounter a GM aside from seeing Nick in haven.
I guess it's because I haven't had a problem with the game which I guess is a good thing.
I still really want to have one "come to my rescue" though.
I do occasionaly hope for the game to mess up so I can meat a GM XD
Maybe I'll shove a gremlin in a corner..............

In all seerusness though, yeah, OOO has a great staff, 99% of the time they get to you as fast as Sanic the Heedgehog. Of course, they're also friendly and player... What's the word. Player Interactive.

I have yet to encounter a Game-Master. I've seen a few glitches here and there but I always felt that they have more important things to attend to than helping someone out. (I even told some people off about trying to force Game Masters into the game.)

They're all doing an awesome job though!

Yeah, the support staff for the game are super helpful from what I've seen too.

Playing the OCH levels right after release I got trapped in a room.

On my second playthough, there is a gate keyed to two switches that you need to open repeatedly to proceed that stopped responding to the switches. I killed all of the enemies, but couldn't open the gate to shoot explosive blocks and finish off the last two mortafires.

I sent in a bug report and support request and pretty quickly Coriolis appeared and asked what was up. He tested the switches himself, had a look around, zipping back and forth through the walls, and finally smacking the two remaining gremlins and killing them so that I could proceed.

After thanking him, he suggested that I submit a bug report so that the developers would know to fix it (which I told him I had already) and he wished me luck and vanished.

Before that, one of my friends accidentally opened the SL vana gate before the rest of the party was there. So he filled a support request an a GM showed up and invited the two others we were gonna bring.

I've never seen a GM ever.

I hope one day SK screws up when I do my Roarmulus runs, and then a GM appears and fixes the error...then I'd document it and become popular on youtube.
