New Ideas: Shield Speed and Armor Speed

Hi guys. I just realized that this idea might just work for SK, so hear me out. Apparently, all shields in the game has the same time to block, so why not have different speeds for different shields? Also, for armors, all armors, except for Ancient Plate and Mercurial Set all have the same movement speed. So why not have different movement speeds for the armors. Here are my ideas:

1) Shield/Blocking Speed:
Shields that have really high resistance to damage should have less Blocking Speed, while shields that have lower resistance to damage should have a little bit more. They should also have a UV implemented to increase Blocking Speed too.

2) Armor/Movement Speed:
Armors with high resistance to damage should have less Movement Speed, while armors with lower resistance to damage would have higher Movement Speed. UV should also be implemented.

If they varied speed of movement with armor, I'd hope it wouldn't simply be based on defensive ability. Tougher armors are already woefully outpowered by armors that have abilities added to them.

The game already has Mercurial with speed buff and Ancient set with speed debuff :p

That's the problem though. It would have been nice if this game were balanced, but I guess not. This idea may not work since, like you said, heavy armors are already overshadowed by ability armors.
