I'll bet the forums was actually an elaborate plan to declare all their doings PRETENDING THEY WERE JOKES.

I'm still kinda new, especially to the forums. I still have a lot to learn about the community. I was one of the Steam people who joined when SK became free (I remember something about snowballs in PvP). Oh, I looked up "Eurydice" in the search bar, I guess she's been here a looong time lol. And wow, 5* items once only cost 300 energy at one point, and 5* recipes cost 45,000? I knew that crafting energy costs had been raised sometime back, and about the addition of the binding of *4 and 5* items, but... O_o

Generally speaking, GMs are more focussed on stuff that happens inside the game than the Community Manager* - we do pitch in to help on the forums, because that's a lot of work (and we haven't quite worked out the precise diet of caffeine and uppers that would allow Eurydice to monitor them 24/7, and stuff sometimes needs attention when she's succumbed to sleep like a weakling) but Eurydice's the one who looks after stuff that happens outside of the game itself. She's definitely not a "lower rank" than GMs - she keeps track of a huge amount of stuff, and remains totally awesome while doing so (as far as I can tell, anyway!)
*Notice that there are a bunch of GMs, but only one Eury!

I think they were real.
I think the posts on the fake GM board were real posts (except for the posts about Atalanta quitting.) But they were real nonsense topics created by the admins in the admin forums.
I think what happened is that the Admins created those posts when the forum said they were created. When April fools came along, they moved the funniest topics from their message boards and conglomerated them into a new admin board for us to see. Once April Fools was over, they moved those topics back to their respective boards and deleted the fake GM board.
But that doesn't mean any of the stuff posted there is true. I think those posts were the equivalent of our "Is <entity> watching me even when <condition_alone>?" posts.

They listed there all things that community is bothere with and are accusing gms for doing it. They turned it into one big joke so now noone really takes those issues serious.
Just as they expected. Now they will be doing all they want with CE prices, lags etc. and every mention on forum about those obvious problems will meet only laughs and reminders of this 'secret' gm forum that leaked by 'coencidence'...
