The only method that I knew how to do this was using the CTRL+V shortcut, but for some reason, that's stopped working for me. There's definitely stuff in my clipboard. The problem began for me last night.

Alright, so, I've determined that rebooting my whole machine briefly fixes the issue, but it shortly stops working again. I've also confirmed that I can still paste the contents of my clipboard to the in-game mail system, while composing a new message. It's just a new chat line that stops accepting the paste input.
Wut do? :(
