So the title is pretty self-explanatory. I just made a heavy plate helm but now I have to heat it up to level ten. Are there any specific runs that I can do to heat it up without dying to much?
Also, it has a UV shock low, if that helps.

Do Stratum 2 arenas. Quick, easy heat. especially if you drag alts with you and quadruple your heat.

Use a piercing armor with it
Use a piercing armor with it and do RoF. RoF is easily doable with 3* gear, so 4* would be pretty easy.
Any run you want to do will heat up your gear. Most people run pofitable floors such as royal jelly palace and firestorm citadel to have more crowns while getting heat.
