Mist Tanks and other Ideas ;/

Hey guys Killing-Jokes here and I want to talk about Mist tanks and some other ideas. There should be other kinds of energy like Stamina, Energy etc. Instead of just explaining it Im just going to jot it down in a list.

Stamina - Just like the mist tank but just for adventuring down and missions

Energy - For crafting or whatever (sorry i just really came up blank with this one)

Okay enough of that, other random ideas I thought up

Lockdown - cheaper please like 100 or 150 and the prize +50 or +100 crowns

*Random thoughts just saying, Great Job on the tutorial but I got tired of reading the things.
*Point out the parts of the map in picture format labeling the Bazaar etc.

Other than that i cant really think of anything else, great game keep up the good work! :D

Sorry, but -1 from me

Stamina/Energy - Essentially, what you want to do is duplicate your current mist energy to craft and dungeon in the same day. In other words, you'll be increasing the amount of crowns you can get within one day. Whereas now you can choose to use your mist energy for crafting or dungeoning to get crowns, you're suggesting that you can do both. Adding more free energy and increasing the number of crowns in the game is never a good idea.

Lockdown - Again, what you're suggesting is cheaper gameplay with greater reward. You'd only be adding more crowns to the game, contributing to inflation.

I see

Well Schattentag I see your point, but would inflation influence more game play instead of logging in for like 1 minute to waste your energy and go play something else. Honestly I would quit the game just because of that, so im thinking readjustments are needed to kind of nerf what im trying to get people to understand about.

I don't think this is a matter of adjusting or nerfing your suggestion...

The fact stands that both of these ideas would increase the number of crowns in the economy and increase inflation, leading to a wider gap between the rich and the poor. Some of the F2P people will no doubt complain that they are unable to purchase CE as easily as before because they won't be able to use Stamina/Energy as effectively as players who already have a wealth of CE. People with more CE can craft more profitable items, but in order to do that they must currently forfeit the ability to run a dungeon off of mist energy in order to reap the most profit. If Stamina/Energy were split, they wouldn't have to make this decision - they could craft a profitable item and run dungeons to get more crowns, allowing them to purchase even more CE. Meanwhile players with less energy will be stuck with the ability to get a relatively small amount of profit using their crafting Energy, and they'll end up with a lower capacity to purchase CE with the lower amount of crowns that they'll be earning.

As for Lockdown, I suppose one way to balance your suggestion to some extent would be to lower the reward (lower stakes for lower rewards), but that kind of goes against the entire philosophy of your original suggestion.

I like the stamina thing,

I like the stamina thing, until it gets added I will remain gaining money for elevator passes!
Stack it up to something like 300, and Dauntless Delver/Cradle and All will be more possible.

The Mist tank is essentially your personal generator, constantly regenerating over time. Our characters are robots and we have a battery. Crystal energy is an external source of energy which may be transferred amongst others. By these terms, your "Stamina" concept is essentially a second Mist tank to increase output by players without effecting consumption.

I'm glad to see sensible discussion here instead of "GIMME MORE ENERGY PLOX" :)

But yes. Additional energy has been discussed multiple times before and it is never a good idea, no matter how painful that may be.

You want to craft 2* items and/or bribe Krogmo while you can dungeon at the same time. If I can handle ragecrafting 2* weapons with mist for over a month for a decent UV, you can handle doing CW with mist.

BESIDES, later on certain missions (And/or CW) have a good enough payout that most of the time you can run using CE and still make some money, not to mention heat up your items. =]

LD is a huge crownsink. It needs to stay the way it is, for economy stabilization.
