Not all players will be able to hunt cake and such, how about they get a medal just for logging in?
Why not a cake medal stating that you've helped in the hunt for creep cakes or have taken witness to the event that never officially happened.
Just trying to make sure every player gets something at least <3
I don't remember the exact criteria for receiving Pumpkin Bandoliers, but if they basically handed out free stuff for Halloween, I don't see why they couldn't do it for their anniversary.
Someone get Nick or a GM to look at this.

Yep, the Pumpkin Bandoliers were given out via mail from the "Haven Treasury", if I recall correctly. Similar to how you receive the promotional accessories from buying a CE pack.
Personally I want a permanent version of the Frosty helmet. It looks the best.

The basic frosty helm is only ten tokens, isn't it? If you do the prestige mission which gurantees 4 tokens for 10 energy twice, and find the cakes in the clockworks once you can get that, it may expire but it's extremely easy to get even in just two days (or less.)
The accessories are already being put up by players in the auction house, and hopefully prices go down pretty soon. People are still feeling out the market and seeing what others will pay for them.
The confetti costs 300 crowns...
On the other hand, maybe there will be a free item like the pumpkin bombs. If memory serves they came along late in the Halloween event, didn't they?
It'd be nice, but there is definitely lots of stuff for everyone for this event now.
