unbind costumes

Me myself and I all believe that costumes should be unbindable! I have plenty of costumes i dont need but i cant unbind them so now i cant re-gift
them and keep the cycle going. I want to say "bye" to my old stranger hat PLEASE help OOO and SEGA

You can preview stuff at vendors.

Or at the Ah, if they are selling it, again preview it.

You can preview any item before you buy it.

An item like a stranger hat should be easily previewable since there were/are so many of them.

FYI: White Chapeau, not including the tabard, goes for roundabout 45K CE atm.

No. That would reintroduce them to the market, and dramatically drop their value. People holding onto them for resale will NOT be impressed.
