"Appealing to the eye" is subjective.
I find the Unclean Aura totally unappealing, but people still go nuts for it.
Personally, I think the Sprinkle's pretty cute, and will likely be popular with those who go for that sort of look. Too bad I can't afford to spend buckets of CE on auras.

Latest offer is 33k CE. I'll probably be selling it tomorrow.
Realistically, even if it is rare, it's not that appealing to the eye so aside from hardcore collectors, I wouldn't appraise it for higher than 10k CE.
That being said, I will offer two Shadow Birthday Candles for it, since they're just as visually unappealing and they have the same rate of appearing as the Sprinkle Aura, if I recall. Only reason I'm offering is because I'd like to keep my options open in case I do decide I want to use it for something, and my current costume doesn't allow for it (Chapeaus don't accept candles).
