They were a promo thing

They were a promo thing several months ago. They don't show up in boxes, they were received via game codes.
So, I'd say they are extremely rare.

They were promo codes given

They were promo codes given away on black Friday (and one the week after) for registering with a few obscure gaming websites. They gave away regal, dusky, cool, fancy, and heavy parrying blades, all bound on acquisition. They did a featured auction only once for two divine, volcanic, and prismatic parrying blades each about two weeks after that. Military and toasty parrying blades are not obtainable yet in the game.

They are bound and only 1000

They are bound and only 1000 or so of each were given out.The only way you might get it is if someone is selling it attached to a wolver coat or something.

I see... hopes down..

Thanks for the answers guys, I really like this accessory and was planning to acquire one thru boxes, you guys saved me from pointless spending. So the only way is thru trade.. is it legal though? has anyone been banned for trading this?

They are openly traded.

If there is a rule against it, it isn't one I've seen anyone banned for violating. Just make sure you trust the seller if you're passing him/her armour to put it on (assuming the armour has some value rather than being a clean 2* or whatever).
