Whats the fastest way to get Cake Slices?

I really want that Prismatic Frosted Helm, but I've got no strategy for amassing cake slices. I do the daily event, but it ends in 4 days and won't give me enough. Paying for them with crowns is completely out of the question since they're insanely expensive.

So, that only leaves me with finding them in the clockworks. I want to know where is the best place to find them? What floor(s) in what gate(s)?

do the caketastrophe mission

do the caketastrophe mission daily and do d9 on dark knight gate. it usually has cake and u can make up to 6 slices in 1 battle

How to do it.
  1. Get an elevator pass.
  2. Team up with 3 other friends.
  3. have everyone solo speedrun clockwork tunnels.
  4. when one person finds a cake nest, invite the rest of the group.
  5. clear out the cake nest. (tokens are given to all members of the party similar to how sparks are distributed.)
  6. return to haven.
  7. repeat until everyone has enough tokens.
