So, when that one guy came in, and wanted a part of the forums where you could introduce yourself, I wondered "why is this guy posting a FORUM request in the GAME suggestions subforum?". Then I realized that it was because we didnt have a Forum suggestions forum. Then I realized that we should probably have one, even though it would barely ever be used. You know, so those forum related threads arent in the wrong place.
There is no point in making suggestion about forum section since this forum engine sucks completly.
Its rather like some kind of 'guest book' or comment page, rather than forum.
The forum engine need to be changed/updated to provide us most basic features...

Also i heard somewhere opinion that forum is not part for which devs really care (also webpage where screenshots are REALLY OLD). Proof is those outdated screenshots or lack of new sticky topics/guides related to 'how to use forum, search functions, how to change avatar' - things that would be helpful for most of new forumers.
