I'm confused over a small yet important detail. Here's a point summary of the information I've obtained from talking to other people and reading the descriptions.
1. The actual date of celebration is on the 10th of April.
2. Cake slices expire on the 23rd.
3. Non prismatic cake hats expire on the 23rd and Prismatic cake doesn't.
4. You can only exchange in cakes for hats before the actual anniversary on the 10th of April....? <----Huh?
It strikes me as odd that the cake tokens expire way later than the timeframe to spend them. Is this true or there's some miscommunication somewhere?
The vendors will remain until the 23rd.
