Hello, I have a question about the Caketastrophe mission. I talked to that chef guy in town square, but now how do I go on to the Caketastrophe mission? Do I need to finish all the ranked missions first?

No, go to the prestige

No, go to the prestige missions, it's in there beside the daily mission.
