Hey guys i heard that you can use a xbox 360 controller to play spiral knights. But can you use a wireless one to play spiral knights ?

Yes, BUT, you need a way for your computer to pick it up. You probably need a dongle or something else similar to have it work wirelessly. I don't own one, though. I do know that if you use Windows, as long as the game devices section under the control panel picks it up, it will work with SK.
