Valk Helm
Valk Mail
Final Flourish
Argent Peacemaker
Radiant Sun Shards

Or so I thought.

I'm curious about if I were to switch out Valk Helm for Divine Veil. Is the ability to resist fire a much better choice overall? Or should I got for the Normal/Shadow defense with fire weakness of Valk?

Currently my setup is now:
Seraphic Helm
Seraphic Mail
Grand Flourish
Silversix
Radiant Sun Shards

It's not too late for me to switch it out for the magic cloak series. Should I?

(I do have access to 5* HoH)

Post Script:

I've also thought of

AP ---> Polaris or Hail Driver.

Thoughts on that?

Yep, you can definitly

Yep, you can definitly destroy fiends without a shield :P

You should focus on FSC Gear, since thats the main thing once you are T3

should be good

For your gun, you might consider Callahan. It's the semi-mobile piercing gun, and thus a good gun for fighting fiends without dying. You might consider Dark Briar Barrage, but I haven't used it much against fiends. Consider also Shivermist Buster, just to keep crowds of fiends under control.

In general, any combination of shadow armor and piercing weapons should work. But don't expect fiends ever to be easy. You have to know the AI and exploit it.

You're missing a callahan,

You're missing a callahan, which is the anti-devilite gun. For greavers, anything with a final flourish is an anti-greaver build.

Shivermist buster is also pretty useful for dark city levels. Ash of agni and dark briar barrage don't work well there. The idea is that you drop a shivermist buster before a new wave of mobs spawn, and then several of them are frozen in place for a while, which gives you a head start.

Divine veil, if you feel like

Divine veil, if you feel like you must have some sort of shadow defence against fiends.

And I think divine has both fire and shock resist, which tends to be the more dangerous fiends around. So those are some real nice resistance you can get.

Valkyrie helm

Valkyrie helm is better for fighting fiends. But be careful with the Valkyrie gear, as it will be a liability if you run though Fire Fiend level.

Also, Valkyrie gear is bad for Firestorm Citadel, so take that into consideration.
