I suggest you wait a bit for the CAEK panic to die away. For the first time in a while, there is an incentive to charge into the arcade, thus more and more people are getting lockboxes. Wait until the CAEK promo goes away, and I'm pretty sure the Lockbox price will go up as people go back to farming missions. That is when you sell your lockbox.
(Ironically, you can probably use the money you got selling the lockbox to buy an accessory you want)

for you, the best bet is to sell it for 13-14kcr, because the chances are, if you open it, you will not get an accessory thats worth more than 14kcr+cost of silver key
