Hello SK community. I may regret posting this here, but I don't know really where to ask this without getting sarcasm. Anyways, I know there are people who post some of their personal sadness on here, and I may just be one of them, but hopefully some listen. I have lots of issues I can discuss about my personal life, whether it be bullying, friends, family, scary situations. I'm only 15, but I've seen quite a bit. However, I haven't come to the forum to discuss that. I would like to know what you do to relieve stress. I, as I stated in the past, love playing tennis and it's great for me. I get to play daily now! The problem is I've been getting more and more back troubles and migraines. The doctors can't really say it's especially anything and my parents pass it off as complaining. What do you think I should do to relieve stress, and please don't recommend Spiral Knights, because I love this game and all, but there are too many haters, beggars, etc. which usually just make my migraines worse? Along with that, tonight has been the worst since I had my Freshman Research Paper for my strict school, and it'll be my first time working all day, past midnight to finish work. So, especially now, what can I do to help with my stress?

Haha, I don't usually really have much anger, just stress usually. People tell me I'm one of the nicest people they know... weird. Thanks Kive! I usually don't feel too bad. Just last night, I had lots of work along with my usual migraine and backaches, so I posted this feeling especially terrible. I'm feeling better now, since I finished my work at midnight and got some sleep. Also, thanks for the ideas :) I actually listen to music, an wide variety, all the time.

Every time im stressed and just need to relax a bit i listen to spiral knights soundtrack :)
Especially this one...
I normally listen to music it really helps me. I recommend listening to Owlcity( one of my personal favorites) most of the music is more calm less rock like and there is no profaniti whatsoever.
Another thing I do is draw wacky comics XD Im not a very good artist but it lets me channel my frustraitions into comedy
I also take karate it lets me get rid of my anger. I recommend something like that because youre letting youre ange/stress problems and frustrations out in a controlled maner.
I used to have one of those animals/balls that you squeeze as hard as you can but they dont break ( not sure if I explained that right )
thats what I do to relieve stress hope I gave you ideas or atleast got you thinkin.Im 14 and sympathize because I often have anger problems. its great to see youre asking for help instead of lettimg the problem grow
