The first three "bugs" are graphical glitches on your end due to out of date drivers, an old graphics card, and/or corrupted game files.

The fourth is you disconnecting or being kicked due to a server reboot (daily one or an update) with impeccable timing, I've seen that one many times before. Not really a bug since you shouldn't even be on at that time lol :P

For the fifth one, if the person did not have full inspect on accessories will NOT show up. That's normal. Accessories only show up when you inspect someone with full inspect on. If this was not the case, then yes, it's a bug.

I don't see the issue with the last one. You circled an accessory the guy had on, so? O.o
