Im currently playing on T1 clockworks and I was wondering...
How can I ensure to go to atleast one arena on a clockworks run?

Ooo...
So you mean just below a subtown/ mission lobby there is an arena and wait(if it is moving) for it? That's kinda rare since I'm just doing T1, any other way? I will kinda check on that tho..
I check a gate map and there is 2 arenas in the Emerald Queen gate one before and one after the clockwork terminal I think or was it 2 before?

The arenas in the second
The arenas in the second stratum of each Tier (stratum 2 for T1, after the terminal) are significantly more profitable than those in the first. If you can, concentrate more on those.

you can view the gatemap in
you can view the gatemap in the clockworks. There is a option for it under the gear icon in the top left corner of the screen. Use that to determine if a arena is worth waiting for (1 away vs just missed and now 4 away). You can wait at the end of any level, it doesn't have to be a subtown or terminal.
The only way to guarantee you get an arena is to find a gate that forces you through one.

You know it's an arena...
...if it's icon is a shield or proto/cobalt crest-looking.
Check the gate map to be sure THERE IS an arena in the first place.
