Did the same thing as in the previous video, except in proto. :) I presume this is a little bigger achievement, since it had to be flawless. Too many people did it deathless, so I did it completely damageless.

More info in the video description, including why did I dance so much with the trojans.
No game audio this time, just some music, mute the video if you don't like it, since whenever I tried recording game audio it came out distorted and loud. :c

Coming up sometime: D25 same rules, one in regular gear, one in proto (much later haha)

That sure doesn't look like a proto gun to me. Looks more like an argent peacemaker. So you skipped most of the difficulty of going all proto gear.

Even so, no damage with a proto shield in tier 3 is impressive.

And Quasi, the point of this video was not spending 5 minutes trying to kill something. x3
That's not the point of proto runs, the point of them is to survive in proto armor, helm and shield, with your usual weapons, and I took it a step up, trying not only to survive but to avoid damage completely. :) The more you know..

And not taking damage relies on BOTH dodging and shielding, by wearing proto shield I was left only with dodging, which gets really tricky in some cases. So you can't say I just did what a gunner does.

I clicked on the thread hoping to watch this challenge, saw an Argent Peacemaker, then stopped watching it. We've done this before, people... If you are using full guns, chances are you have at least minimal gunner experience or most likely more. You learned how to dance around enemies, even in melee range, and still keep an undamaged shield. Guns are kind of built to do that, while taking a longer time to kill things.

Please include "5* guns only" in the thread title next time before wasting more people's time.

If I did have the desire to actually get something that would let me make the video let alone actually feel the need to do something for someone else's critiquing, I would have done something worth their time and difficult. Something that isn't ordinary. First of all, I have no desire to brag about myself because I am humble. If one thinks they are worthy of making a video of themselves for one's own "e-peen" or "self image" or however you want to put it, I am going to expect them to do something worth my time.

You, sir or ma'am, just made a video that explains what guns are for: dealing smaller amounts of damage / having things take a longer time to take care of while being able to dance infront of enemies and take no damage. That is the original design of the handguns. I know, I have used them. If your intent was to boost your little self image, then try having a video of something showing something more than near minimal skill. When you make these videos of yourself for "bragging rights", you shouldn't be doing something that doesn't break any skill barrier. Do something that is not ordinary, for example, a full swords Vanaduke kill. One uses handguns for protection and to not get hit. One does not ordinarily use pure melee against Lord Vanaduke.

NEEEEEXT. And please amuse me this time, people. If you come to the forums to brag because you are the new Narcissus, we expect you to at least be worthy.

Pretty good that you did that on depth 24. If you can fight Vanaduke (solo or not) with proto and not die then I'll be very impressed.

I already soloed Vanaduke with no shield and not die (best achievement I did so far (not to brag)) and soon will attempt to fight him (not solo) with full proto.

Someone attempted to solo vana with full proto. Can you attempt this? This isn't me.
