Spiral Knights - A curious couple of questions

I feel like starting a "Spiral Knights Lottery" whereby the ending jackpot is equivalent to how much players decide to put in.

Like lets say 10 people each put in 10 cr. Then the ending jackpot would be 100 cr to the 1 lucky person.

My questions is:

How many would buy a "Ticket"?

How much would you pay in?

How high should the jackpot "cap" be?

How many friends and guildmates would each of you persuade to join in on?

How much should the starting jackpot be at? (This comes out of my personal wallet.)

And lastly:

Would it be possible for me to replicate the effects that things like "Super Lotto Plus" and stuff of that sort have created?

True enough. It's why I set up this thread. To make sure I don't start something stupid without a general consensus.

I cam probably adequately say that I should forget this idea then.
