Seriously, it's worth helluva lot more than these lowballers are offering. Heck, it's even worth more than the 20kce, which you already got. And it IS a useful bomb - it all comes down to context. It surpasses Shivermist in LD - close to none has enough stun resist to be immune. Also, it's practically better than Shivermist in Snarbo SL.
- A beautiful bomb, sir. A shame I can't afford it. Good luck with the sale.

Well I can't say this is a very good offer, as it is worth less than 20k CE by far. I have a friend who go Shivermist with CTR VH and Undead Med for about 12k CE though and it is much better than this..

Your friend got a great deal.
The value of an item is determined by what people will pay for it (as a proxy for how much the item is wanted). Someone else would assuredly have bought that Shivermist for a lot more than 12k CE had the sale been well-publicised.
The fact that the Haze line isn't (to me, a PvE-player) terribly good doesn't change the fact that this item's market value is going to be pretty damn high. Apparently it is excellent in LD, but even if it wasn't, that would not mean a price tag of 20k+ would be inflated. How "effective" is a Twilight Aura, hmm? :P People want what they want.
tld;dr: I just wanted to clarify my meaning. I wasn't saying that this bomb is overpriced, but rather that it will command a pretty high price despite being IMO inferior to an equivalent Shiver.
