Please, when I pay with my credit card/debit card and the transaction has been completed are there going to be hidden costs or lots of bills coming in, or is it when the transaction has been completed that it ends?

If OOO keeps your credit card data, then their databases are a target for hackers. When banks and Sony failed to protect theirs, it's not impossible for OOO/Amazon Cloud to be hacked.
Many avoid that by NOT saving their users' complete credit card data. The credit card data is used in the transaction and then immediately disposed, keeping only partial data in the records.
