Since Jelly King had a rival named Roarmulus, and 1 or 2 players suggested another Tier 3 Boss, I decided that maybe Snarbolax would have a counterpart boss(non Shadow Lair Boss). I know this suggestion would just have like .5% chance to come true, but its still a suggestion and please, no arguments.

Lieutenant Feron (No Type = Knight)
-Abilities: Abilities of Any Knight From Tier 2 (since Tier 1 Bosses are Preparation for Tier 2); and 2 times Revive and Energy Blast; and Strike Boost, Recon Cloak, and Guardian Shield (Level 1)

Floors/Stratum 2:(symbol: Proto Crest (http://wiki.spiralknights.com/File:Equipment-Proto_Crest_icon.png))

Floor 1: Preparation Level 1

Once you get here, this place looks like a minimized Rescue Camp, minus the fires and camps, and looks like a deconstruction zone entrance. You can find Kozma and other Traveling Merchants/Vendors. An Alchemy and Arsenal Station can be found, for preparation. Once you and your team pass the Gate, the Preparation Exam will begin, and Knights will spread out like in Lockdown, minus the control points. The elevator is farthest is guarded by an angry faced gate with an evil aura(like in arena after pressing the party button). To open this defeat all knights, like you defeat them in Lockdown, though the enemy have more abilities. Their shields also break.

Enemy Abilities: ---Recon Cloak
Enemy Drops: ---Crowns and Heat

Floor 2: Preparation Level 2

This level starts like Preparation Level 1, only heart stations are here. Arena Mode with 3 Arena Lock Downs. Each Gate will open after each (2-3) waves. Rinse and repeat what you do in arenas.

Enemy Abilities: ---Strike Booster (3 seconds) ---Guardian Shield(Level 1)
Enemy Drops: ---Crowns and Heat ---After the 3 arenas, you will be given 5 Forge, Grim, and Primal Sparks as Arena King Reward.**

>**This can be removed.

Floor 3: The True** Final Exam

I know that Haven: The Final Exam is now considered as Mission: Crossing The Chasm. So the boss is Feron, in an arena looking stage. After healing at the heart stations and stepping on the party button, Feron will say some words of wisdom of the battles that will come(Enough Drama).

Phases: 2

Phase 1: Feron will use Strike Boost and Recon Cloak at regular intervals. He will use his Calibur Charge(enhanced with Strike Booster;see Knight Tokens below) after Strike Boosting, use his Blaster/Blast Bomb(enhanced charge; see Knight Tokens below) after his Recon Cloaking. Gunners and/or Bombers should put their charges or shots on a flashing energy tank on Feron's belt when he's using recon. After shooting this shiny tank, Feron's cloak will dissipate, and will only be available after 10 seconds. That's the time Sword usesrs should put their charges on Feron, after revealing him. His body will collapse, but he will revive himself after 5 seconds and everything becomes available for him again. Rinse and Repeat, until he uses his Guardian Shield once. You will notice this by his Large Cyan Colored Shield. Phase 2 will then start.

Phase 2: He will com-link with the knights he himself has prepared and a swarm of stubborn knights will appear, attacking you. Don't worry, they only have Recon and Strike Boost. When their in recon, bombers should place their charges on a centered area, where many Recon Cloaked Knights'
ce tanks are seen. This will make Feron use Guardian Shield again after those knights have been defeated. A prepared knight/s should try and keep close to Feron so that Feron is distracted and will try to fight the surrounding knight/s. After he dies, he will Energy Blast himself back to health. By then, your team must have defeated every com-linked knight Feron has called. Feron will then use his Last Resort. He will set a Blast Bomb with a UV(Charge Time Reduced High) and run. Knights should know what to do. Since he has used all his revives, destroy him(well not really, but defeat him).

End of Fight --- He will kneel like a tired soldier and congratulate you. He uses a Mega Pill(I forgot what its called it's the Red Pill with a Star). He will return to Haven via the Return to Haven Button on his energy tank. You will be sent to his prize room, and when you get to the elevator there, Moorcroft Manor to go.

Tokens/Drops: Large Heat Embers, 500 - 1000 crowns(includes the crown rewards in his prize room), Knight Tokens(see below), and A Mist Tank(for all Members in party(only achieved once))**

>Mist Tank Reward can Be Removed

Knight Tokens (Costs: Multiples of 5 according to star/value)

>***Once added with value, cost will increase

Recipes:

>2 Star Spiral Order(complete set of recipes)|2*|10 K.T.***

Special Items(I only posted Azure Guardians or Spiral Order)****/*****|Cost 50 K.T.each

>****Other Players, if you would like to post more special items, please do.
>*****The Boosts may be applied to higher ranking of weapons.

>Calibur Charge Boost: The Charge will send a tornado, after performing the 360 degree spin. Similar to Spur Charge, more powerful, and can be controlled as you face directions. Applied as UV(direct), but not to Punch.
>Blaster Shot Boost: This Boost will increase the attack speed and help precision in auto aim. Applied as UV(direct), but not to Punch.
>Blast Bomb Charge Boost: Reduction of Charge Speed: High, Last Resort ability(if Health is 1 or 2 bars left, you set a wide ranged powerful charge. The more teammates are in this state, the more powerful Last Resort is).

Done reading? If you would like to post any ideas on this idea, feel free, but no arguments.

Oh and...

Lockdown Weapons like:

Recon Cloak, Guardian Shield, and Strike Boost have their limits. They act like they do in lockdown.

Recon: Wait until Recon is Revealed.

Guardian: Break The Shield.

Striker: Wait 3 seconds.

Did you mean Feron or Kora is our enemies? Btw, 10+ for the new boss!

Uh...

"If you would like to post any ideas on this idea, feel free, but no arguments."

I guess I should just leave, then, just as I was about to say something like, "I like the idea of a sort of 'final exam' given by Feron to new knights, but [censored, because you don't want me to say anything bad about your ideas]." Oh well.

Sorry, cause...

...I see many threads on certain topics that people fight then they just end up vulgarizing each other...

And was "vulgarizing" a real word? Is it vulgaring?

And, yeah...

...sometimes our greatest allies are our greatest enemies. Also, never mind Kora anymore, I forgot she's working on intel.

Nyan nyan nyan nyan....

Idea sounds interesting, but just to let you know, saying "no arguments" will usually attract more arguments in the end.
What type would the knights be weak to, or are they neutral for all?

The tokens rewards are weird, dont make much sense and dont fit in with the rest of the game.

Just in case, thats a fact, not an argument (yay, loophole :p)

Oh that's what you meant when you said "no arguments"...

Then allow me to offer my thoughts.

First off, I don't know of any single verb to specifically describe using vulgar language, but that's beside the point. I think probably the best thing you can do is just ask that people stay on-topic in their discussions on this thread, or just not worry about it.

Now back to business.

Again, I like the fundamental idea here. Like you said, it's kind of a way to prepare for some of the challenges present later in the game (e.g. Rise and Fall, The Silent Legion, The Gauntlet).

The fights and levels themselves seem alright. Just for clarification, though, would the knights (and maybe Feron himself) generally follow the AI that Mecha Knights use?

Like Juances said, the token rewards are a little unclear.

I'm not so sure about the "boosts", to be honest. For one, the tornado thing would easily outclass any gun because of its ability to be controlled with such precision. The Blaster boost makes no sense to me; I don't use auto-aim, but it seems really weird to buff something that's actually part of the user interface and is purely optional. The Blast Bomb boost just seems really imbalanced. A CTR High UV that's essentially free would make Nitronome the most accessible, easy-to-use bomb in the game. I personally don't like the idea of providing a buff to low-health players, either. One issue I'm seeing is that people with enough skill can easily survive on low health, meaning they'd easily be able to get the buff. The other issue is that in harder tiers, it's going to be a game of pure luck to get down to 1-2 pips without dying. Enemies in T3 can do tons of damage, so even like 6 pips of health could be your "final stand" (last hit before dying).

Ha ha, I like it when people say stuff that sounds profound, but really just doesn't make sense.

No "boosts" to Cobalt series weapons

The sword and bomb are already overused, the gun is forever-alone due to most new players jumping to Autogun for the rapid fire.

Either design new weapons to replace the "boosts" or change the reward to items without UVs, seeing as the only ways to get a UV on an item are through crafting and Punch.
