AH them.
These are very low-end UVs.
The first has damage bonuses against none of the families which ele or shadow Brandishes are strong against; furthermore, whether the buyer turns it into ele or shadow, one of the two UVs will be made worthless. Basically, just think of this as a Fiend VH Brandish, and see what those go for on the AH.
The second is usable, but nothing to get excited about. I guess a sensible person on a budget might buy it for. . . 15kcr? Less if s/he was looking to make a Nightblade. You can probably sell it on the AH to a sucker for more, though.
