A simple suggestion: Updateable Loadouts

Okay, now I'm sure I'm not the only one out there who wants this but I am sure I am not the last. Its a small addition to a wonderful concept that is already in play in the game. The ability to update your loadouts. What happens when that shield becomes 5* when the loadout only knew it as the 4*? The shield is no longer equipped with that loadout. Some might suggest that it should bump up to the higher version BUT what if you're a lockdown player? Ever played Tier 2? Well what if you have the 3* and the 5* in your inventory? Wouldn't that mean that if you made a loadout with 3* would have the 5* auto bump into its place?

That is why I suggest the ability to update your loadouts. Say you have a Vanaduke Loadout, purposefully designed to take on the Firestorm Citadel. You just got the Blackened Crest and now would like to switch it out for that shield you had before for your loadout. Now with how the system is right now, you have to delete the old loadout and make a new one. Not a seriously tedious task but why not make this task simpler with the option of updating it instead? This way you can have your new loadout and use it too!

As I said at the beginning, I am sure others have suggested this in the past and with this I am adding my voice to this idea. I would love input on my idea and to see what other players may come to think about it and see if this idea could be ironed out anymore.

I agree but please reformat that wall of text. Put some spaces for easier reading.

You can already do that. Just

You can already do that. Just edit your old loadout into your desired new loadout and save it with the same name as the old one. The old one gets overwritten by the new one and presto, you have an updated loadout.

True...

But a choice in the dropdown would be simpler.

Eh...

I don't really see any reasoning against this. It's simply a matter of convenience, really.

+1 because sure, why not?

Durr hoy har hee

If a loadout has its armor or helmet upgraded and the loadout does not have a costume to cover it the loadout is deleted.

It may be a minor inconvenience, but for those who enjoy having a variety to choose from it is annoying.
