I suggest more usability for the gunner and bomber classes at the beginning of the game. This game draws you into using a sword and then gives you sword upgrades. Most people wont have the CE to upgrade beyond 2* so bombing is not a rational choice as no good bombs are given and most bombs under 2* are impossible to use effectively without extreme skill. with guns again people will have to buy a alchemer and then quickly upgrade to the Mk2 versions, this is a very expensiive process and many F2P or Noobies will much prefer to stick with the easy option of swords.

My suggestion is :
1) Maybe start a Mentoring type scheme, Experienced players can choose to become a mentor maybe as a rank mission. The Mentors will then choose a language and be put up with a Noobie who speaks the same language. Here the mentor can introduce the noobie to the diffent things that the tutorial doesn't cover and maybe guide the Noobie though a training course. After the course is complete the 2 players can have some final words and maybe share some items before being returned to wherever they need to be. The mentor would receive a Special accessory and if the Noobie becomes P2P then the Mentor would recieve a small CE bonus or different prize

2) A good begginer friendly versatile bomb much like the brandish from the world of swords, which would be given for free as a reward for something and could be upgraded through many different paths. However much i would like to suggest free upgrades i will not because that would make the energy market have a spasm or something.
I get all of my energy for free from TF2 so I cannot complain

I would appreciate any Constructive criticism on these ideas an I apologise if you have already thought of this!

No, not at all. You can earn all you need for a 3* item in a single day, even as 2*.

The only problem is, the mentors may not be so nice people :S

I would say there should be NPC mentors that teach you how to use all kinds of weapons effectively.
They could just be some guy that you can choose to talk to you. mentor for swords, guns, and bombs would be real nice.

The problem with this I forsee is individual student abuse. Any new player would be able to sign up for this and beg off someone who they are supposed to be loyal to and the mentor may be unable to disconnect the bond. There may be a thread somewhere in another section pertaining to a mentor system though beggars and trolls will consume it quickly.

I would be willing to teach a few people the ropes at a time, it would make a difference in the community. I am competent in all currently existing weapons though I personally prefer using bombs for more versatile combat.

Again, if a system were implemented into the game, beggars would overwhelm veterans within seconds. This would only work privately.
