I want a snarbolax coat, but don't feel like going through the hassle of shadow lairs. I have enough cr to role numerous amounts of times, but don't feel like paying a fee up front for a max uv that would cost me way more. So if anyone has a clue what it would be worth please comment, and i will be very happy.

I see clean or crappy-UVed sets go low quite frequently. Lots of players end up wanting to replace their first Snarby set with something better. The AH often has them; they may or may not be cheaper than what you could get on the forum.
I must point out, however, that you may be underestimating the amount of cr you need to spend rolling in order to get a decent UV. It is, um, quite high. Since you're already looking to buy a pre-made Snarby, I strongly suggest that you buy one with UVs you'll be happy with if indeed you want UVs. I remember seeing a Max + Med going for 14k CE a while back, and it's common to see useful single Maxes going for 10-12k CE. The difference in cost between that and a clean/crappy Snarby coat is definitely lower than the average amount you'd spend getting equivalent UVs from Punch.
I have no Snarby armour to sell, so don't think I'm trying to convince you for my own benefit. :P
