Ok, one day I was about to visit Hall of heroes but when I clicked it, it says insufficient energy!(I only have 3 mist :P) All I want to say is.....Can Three ring fix this problem please. I mean, why do I need ce to go to Hall of Heroes when it is a ce free mission? (Should this topic go to the suggestion section? XD)
I need energy to go to "Hall of heroes" for free?

It also does NOT take any CE from you. I entered (started the mission) with 46 ce, and I left with 46 ce. I did not have to pay energy in order to enter the Hall of Heroes.

But the HoH doesn't cost any energy at all, neither do party lobbies or anything, yet you can't enter there without sufficient energy for a depth.
Even I find that a little random.
Oh well, ask one of your friends if you can borrow 10 ce, do what you gotta then give it back.

I submitted this report the same day missions came out.
Along with confirming that getting 2* and 4* Star Clearance for missions also gives you Tier 2 and 3 Clearance in the Clockworks respectively. Even without ever prior entry of the Clockworks.
You're entering a level that is not a part of Haven, which requires you to pay energy.
