1 Dusky Party Hat
2 Regal Party Hats

I want:

Toasty Party Hats
Cool Party Hats
Fancy Party Hats

I will also consider:

Military Party Hats
Cool Party Blowouts
Toasty Party Blowouts
Toasty Birthday Candles

I also have these three rare candles, which I may consider for relatively high-value trades:

1 Shadow Birthday Candle
1 Divine Birthday Candle
1 Volcanic Birthday Candle

Only looking for trades, sorry.

I'm quite aware that Party stuff isn't worth all that much right now, Hats excepted, so I'm gambling on these things appreciating with time. I'd probably only consider trading the candles for other rare party items or a whooole lot of commons I'm interested in.

As for the Dusky Hat, again, only looking to trade for a Toasty, Cool, Fancy or (less desirably) Military.

That, or CE/cr offers so good I can't refuse them. :P But I think you'd be able to find other willing sellers for less than that.

Aw, oh well. I've been trying to find sellers like you said, but all I've been getting is "1 mil for a hat" or "uh... 6 million crows for the divine candle ok u agree right.". Good luck finding your trades, then.
