When click on Contact Us, displays a white screen and nothing else. Advised to turn on JavaScript, but this does not work, how else can I contact support?

Greetings,

When in a pinch you may use the support @ spiralknights.com address. Also, when on the contact page, also make sure that any plugins designed to block unwanted content (Adblock Plus, NoScript) are disabled or the page is whitelisted.

The white screen seems to

The white screen seems to affect a lot of people from Europe, i'm affected by it too. I've tried accessing the page from Opera/IE6/IE8/Firefox with no success. Everywhere javascript is enabled and there is no filtering enabled anywhere. There is also no firewall blocking it.

Yeah, im affected by it too.

Yeah, im affected by it too.

Checked it with multiple browsers, Firefox that im using every day, i disabled all plugins that may interfere with it, checked my antivirus and firewall, i also tested if my javascript is working properly with multiple javascript websites (JAVASCRIPT not JRE, i know those are two diffrent things). Nothing helped, white screen all the way.

Also i tested it with Internet Explorer that is completly 'naked' without any plugins because i dont use it at all, same result, only white screen.

I've met some people who

I've met some people who can't use the support page before.

Are you using a proxy server? If so I suspect they blocked the page content for some reason... they don't recognize the extension as valid perhaps? .wm probably stands for WebMacro.

You can tell what's happening for sure by checking the HTML you received... e.g. use a sniffer like Fiddler (freeware tool, now from Microsoft).

You can also use Firebug in Firefox, or Developer Tools in IE9+. For example visit https://billing.spiralknights.com/billing/coin_history.wm, then press F12.

In both tools, see if there's any content in the HTML tab. If my guess is right you'd get a blank page or some dummy data from your ISP.
